I love this travel mug! It's super cute, light-weight and the perfect size. Doesn't leak at all when drinking, but when you take the lid off after having liquid in it it does drip a little. Doesn't get too hot in your hands which is awesome! The lid has a bit of a silicone smell at first but it goes away with washing.

It was dirty when we gave it to a friend as a gift! Horrible when she unpacked it!! We are not satisfied at all....

For all the functions of a travel mug - doesn't spill easily, fits cup holders, has some protection from heat when holding, easy to clean - this one gets 5/5 stars. But the fatal flaw, which has been mentioned by other reviewers, is that the silicone lid has a very strong chemical odor, and even tastes a bit odd. I was able to mitigate much of the problem by boiling in water with dishwasher detergent for 10-15 minutes, but that didn't entirely solve the problem. I'm hopeful it will dissipate after a few runs through the dishwasher, but not holding my breath, and seriously considering returning the product. Too bad :-(

Looks great and is easy to hold, but I’ve only had it about 6 weeks and the rim is already chipped without any drops or significant impact. Something probably hit it while it was on the counter and I was moving things around but it couldn’t have been too much of a hit or I would have noticed. I just happened to look down and see that it was chipped. It’s frustrating that you can pay this much for something made for coffee on the go but it can’t withstand a slight impact. If it’s just for decoration, it should be advertised as such. Also has a strong toxic smell from the lid that makes the lid useless.

It is great. When I drink tea I used to use ceramic but after I started to use this glass cup, the tea tastes much better and cleaner. It is really interesting experience for me. I have been drinking warm stuff with this all the time now. Only one thing to be mindful is it is still hot although they have silicon cover around the cup. So I usually wait a bit to hold after I pour hot water
