It just gives my face a nice soft matte finish without settling into lines and making it look wrinkled and dry. **Q: Can this be used alone , i,e, without face makeup?** A: Honest Beauty is a very light, translucent and airy face powder. The shade I chose was a lighter than I would have liked but blends fine when used over my liquid makeup simply because it’s so airy. I have dry skin and have never used loose powder without liquid makeup. If you are not seeking a full coverage look, yes, it could be used alone. This brand of loose powder is one of my most favorites. **Q: Will this hold all day in Florida humidity?** A: I’d say yes it would hold up in the Florida humidity. I love this powder! I repurchased this a couple of times I’d say this is my favorite go to powder. **Q: Are Honest products tested on animals?** A: No, they are PETA certified. There was a doubt or questions a couple of years ago. Such a shame they stopped the production. This powder makes my face matte and made my face makeup last longer (even without setting spray; with setting spray - it’s a chef’s kiss). Kindly bring back, please!! I bought & used other talc-free powder, but none of them works well like this one.
