A: no, this is a model to build, you have to assembly all the parts (with glue, no snap), paint and make the finish to the model.

A: Hello. Yes, these are true model kits. They don’t require any expert skill level to assemble because they don’t require any glue! Bandai has fantastically engineered these kits to be completely snap fit. But, as far as painting, you will need some modeling expertise if you want to create a film accurate replica.
