So convenient to have on hand but recent prices are insane *by Z***4 on July 15, 2022* Update: It’s a great deal at $20 a case. But recently it’s gone up to $40 a case which is completely insane. At that price it’s cheaper to make your own tofu from scratch (easy to do too!) Original review: I truly love this brand and style of packaging. They have various "flavors" available; yuzu (my fav served with blackberry preserves), edamame (good with braggs aminos) and the normal plain type (served with a tablespoon of tamari/shoyu and a splash of toasted sesame oil or chili oil). I keep these on hand for protein snacks when I'm too busy to cook. It's a nice consistency too. For cooking I usually choose nasoya extra-firm for air frying or stir fries. This mori-nu is best for vegan scrambled eggs, smoothies etc. Cheaper than making my own tofu given the time saved and the convenience of storing it at room temperature. A really great food for prepping, convenience and snacks.
