Pretty much plug and play. Had to adjust the idle and air screws a little to keep it running. I didn't like the way the carb seals to the Reed housing. On my first try it didn't slide on all the way and left about a 1/2" gap between the carb and stop on the Reed housing. In that position the bike would start but I could adjust it to idle. My guess was that the seal was not fully engaged and letting air in behind the carb. So I took the carb off and oiled up the inside of the plastic spacer and the rubber seal. I was able to get more engaged by hand force but eventually had to use a wood block and hammer to get it fully seated. Ran great after that. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars No fit guys….. *by B***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 31, 2024* This did not fit the Yamaha PW 80 only thing I could use off of this is the bowl gasket float and pen pretty much bought this to rebuild one of the Excelerator and choke do not seat and there’s extra hoses for somewhere.
