They keep everything held in, never slip down for fall. Make my hiney look amazing, and absolutely don’t feel like you have a wedgie just because they have the scrunch butt seam. I wear a large and they’re perfect on me; I’m 5’7” 155-160, and very butt and thigh heavy on my proportions. Squat proof, and never need to be yanked on or adjusted. They do however show every drop of sweat. Crotch, butt, knees, everywhere. I don’t care though. I came to the gym to sweat. It’s not a secret shameful thing. Get them, sis.
