Review: Believe it or not - Believe it or not, I bought this to make rotary platform to put my 5 gallon beer keg on in the fringe. The gas supply line coming through the wall of the fridge is short (no more than 8 inches) and leaves little for manipulation of the tap when trying to put it on a new keg full of beer. The twisting of the keg was difficult, and I could see it was going to wear through the plastic fridge bottom eventually (full 5 gal= 50lbs or so). The 8 inch size fit perfectly in the space, and now I effortlessly turn the keg while inserting the tap! Good quality construction, works great, quiet operation and no assembly required! A great product!
Review: Excellent component to build turntable - I bought two pieces of 8” plexiglas and used this insert to make a swivel with some 1/2 M5 screws. Works fabulous. Is supporting about 60 pounds sitting on it and it swivels smooth and quiet. Figured out you can screw to both sides of it if you drill an access hole in the material you are screwing to it in order to tighten the screws on the second side. Well constructed. Bearings work great. Took out the plastic rubber feet to use the screws with a tiny washer. Works great as a component in a turn table. Quite pleased.
