The flavor is excellent and doesn't taste chemically cobbled together like other cinnamon gums. The flavor lasts longer than others, but I knocked off one longevity star for the fact that it COULD last longer if they really wanted it to. The xylitol candy coating is an extra treat. This gum offers two completely different experiences: 1. Hold a piece in your mouth and suck on it like a hard candy. The cinnamon flavor intensifies very strongly until it becomes quite spicy. 2. If you prefer your cinnamon gum to have a milder flavor, pop a couple pieces and bite into them and chew like any gum. Doing this will give you a pleasant cinnamon flavor without the spicy bite. No matter which appeals to you (I like both sensations), you will enjoy this gum. And, oh yes, this gum is sweetened with xylitol, so it is actually beneficial to your teeth. Xylitol stops the growth of certain detrimental bacteria in your mouth.
