Then please  check if your phone is connected via a phone switch system,because the phone might not be able to display the callers ID if so. You can try to connect the phone with your phone line jack directly and test if it has the same problem. If it still has no improvement, please contact our customer support. We will try our best to help you figure it out.

**Q: Can this unit be used with magicJack???**
A: I have been using mine for several months with a Magic Jack and it seems to work fine.

**Q: how do you connect a usb headset?**
