I still enjoy it as part of my diet. I know people usually associate nutrition drinks with the elderly but Ensure is a delicious easy way for anyone to get some extra vitamins, minerals and protein to their diet.I enjoy Ensure mostly as a breakfast drink and found that placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes before drinking gives it a frothy shake consistency. I like the original chocolate flavor the best but that's just personal preference.Amazon makes it easy to always have Ensure on hand. Because I buy the large cases they were heavy so decided to try getting it from an online seller. I did have the box about a month before I opened it, but it was sealed. When I took the first bottle out the outside of the bottle had black mold on it. Because a month had gone by the seller refused a refund, which is ok that is their policy.
