Maybe someone else knows what that means? As I noted in my review, references to "natural" are problematic. Finally, I don't know if this is the reason for the methyl... chemicals, which are preservatives that have been associated with some health difficulties, but the USDA has requirements for preservatives in products of European origin that are not required in the EU.
