My kids didn’t like them and I was taking them for myself because I’m anemic and they half made my stomach upset. **Q: What is used for coloring in these?** A: Red dye #40 (and Blue #2, Yellow #6) I stopped using them because of the Red dye #40 and it being connected with ADHD. I have found that they keep changing their ingredients online on a whim. I seen at one point that they contained aspartame. My primary care doctor prescribed this for me and my children are in their upper 20s and almost 40. I don't understand why the prescribed dose is just 1 tablet just like a child but I like not having to taste yucky adult tablets. **Q: I am buying these for a medical mission trip to Peru. They must expire after 1/2024 or cannot be accepted. What is the expiration date on these?** A: My most recent purchase expires 08/2024.
