Q: Where is the ingedients list? I'm not going to buy it if I don't know whats in it. And if it's good ingredients, why not write it out??

Just look at the bottles pictured. You will see the ingredients list and it shows different ingredients and alot more sodium then what others are saying.

Q: Is there a true organic product? After looking up the inegrediants, i found that Phenoxyethanol is possibly bad for you.

Omg you people and your fear of big scary words. Just because it's not natural or organic and some site says it's "bad" doesn't mean that's fact. This ingredient is meant to PRESERVE the product. Without it, the water based ingredients mixed with the others would spoil and go rancid rather quickly. AND Behentrimonium Chloride is the ingredient that actually conditions your hair! This would be a moisturizer and not a conditioner without that ingredient. It's not harmful people.

Q: I don't see any directions on the bottle, how long do you leave it on before you rinse it out?

I normally wash my hair when I first get in the shower and apply any conditioner then, leaving it until I have finished my ablutions. I rinse my hair just at the end, and is probably approximately 5 minutes, give or take. If I want more conditioning time , I'll wash my hair, apply conditioner, wrap my head in a pieces of plastic wrap and a towel, leave it while I do other things (have breakfast, lunch, coffee, whatever) and rinse, usually a half hour or so. Works fine for me. Hope this helps.
