**Q: where can I get a replacement o-ring for the lid of the bubba trailblazer? I like this bottle. It would be a shame to throw it away.**
A: I talked to their customer service and asked for replacement gasket, they sent me a whole new glass.  They are guaranteed

**Q: Does this get moldy?**
A: No, stainless steel inside. Very nice I like it. Just don’t use carbonated drinks! Pressure builds up inside and when you open the straw lid to take a drink it will explode on you

**Q: I need a replacement lid and straw for my 40 oz, I can't find it anywhere, any ideas?**
A: Search amazon for “bubba replacement straw”.  I was able to find several that are compatible with the 40oz bottles.

**Q: Is there a reason why when I flip open the lid, water comes pouring out like a water fountain?**
A: You need to keep the lid in the open position when you insert it to reduce the pressure when you are ready to drink
