What could be going wrong?** A: I had the same problem. I thought finger tight was enough because of the plastic nut on the toilet and faucet line but its designed a certain way. Tighten with a wrench. You may have to hold the fill valve while you do it so it doesn’t twist. Dry the area, wait about 10 minutes and test for drips and tighten as needed. Test as needed. **Q: Would it be possible to change your seal? I have problem on the rubber seal that goes to the tank, I can’t use it right now because of that seal.
