I did mix it about 3 parts wild orchid, 1 part conditioner so if you just used the dye, it would be a bit darker(pre lightened hair, left the pink dye on for 45 mins). My hair is medium length/thickness and I used one entire tube mixed with the aforementioned amount of conditioner and it was enough for my entire head.I bought this because everyone claims it's super long lasting and my hair doesn't hold dye very well. And while it is kind of longer lasting than other dyes, I'm still fading after a couple of weeks(I take many steps to lengthen the lasting power of any dye).Which, it's semi-permanent so I'm not complaining, especially given the price and this pack is enough to dye my hair three times.It smells really nice, great conditioning qualities. Didn't stain my shower. My hair does bleed but my hair even bleeds with permanent dye. It doesn't bleed, however, if it's just damp. Which is good because I don't want my clothes stained.Overall, I feel like this is a really great value and I'm very happy with this dye.
