Pairing these organizers with a label maker has transformed our storage and allowed us to sort and store by part. These drawer units are fairly sturdy , with a basic stop to prevent drawers from falling out. However, you can easily remove drawers for access. Many of the plastic drawers are rough around the edges, but it's more of an aesthetic problem then a safety one. You can see an example of this on the drawer sticking out in my image, there's some extra plastic left over from the molding process. The unit does come with dividers molded on the back. My biggest complaint is I would like a few more dividers with my purchase. There's a great amount of storage space neatly partitioned and the dividers offer you an opportunity for even more.
