Unlike the picture, salmon, rice and a mashed carrot sauce are mixed (resembles the Live Ocean Salmon Risotto also available from Amazon). This dish costs more, but you get 12 oz versus 10, and you may prefer the spicier taste of this one. I suggest cutting all around the inside and removing the plastic, covering with a paper plate instead—otherwise you'll have hot splatter when you try to peel it. The manufacturer says to heat on "medium."
