I'm looking for ideas for using TVP to make vegetarian burgers and thought they might provide some ideas on other things I could mix into the TVP. This book alone was well worth the purchase. I already have a very impressive list of ideas on how to make what are hopefully some awesome vegetarian burgers (I know it sounds like an oxymoron; however, one has to do what they can to keep the family happy.)
