Suwimol's small family-run shop in the Northern Thai city of Chiang Mai caught the eye of Pankesum traders and the Discovery channel very recently. They hand-make all their soaps, using a dizzying variety of natural ingredients such as rose petals, silk cocoons, and fruits. Many of the items are dried and carefully ground, where they are mixed in with other ingredients to produce a wonderfully refreshing set of hand-made soaps. These soap sets are a result of a wonderful collaboration between Pankesum and Mayawee, and each set is designed to bring out something unique - whether it be antioxidants, cleansers, or moisturizers. Suwimol even has a popular masculine collection. Each bar of soap is hand-wrapped in a decorative straw sleeve, and presented in a beautiful hand-made mulberry paper mache box. This makes a wonderful gift, display set, and of course, a fun and luxurious set of soaps to try out. This particular selection features thanaka, jasmine, and tumeric soaps, designed to be cleansing and refreshing.
