I've used this in my hair if it's too dry, my cracked feet and also it helped some with my athletes foot, as well as any other dry skin areas such as occasional eczema that no other cream healed like this one did. My feet were getting so severel cracked I'd have sores so I'd use a little hydrogen peroxide, the dream cream and put cotton socks over day and night for over a month and it healed up really well! I still use it to keep my skin and hydrated but it helped get rid of my eczema and severe cracking on my feet which none of the creams I tried worked, I went through about 3 others. My hair gets pretty dry since it's wavy it needs lots of moisture so if I ever go somewhere where the climate is really drying out my hair or skin this helps it not look or feel too dry anymore.
