It adds so much softness, manageability and shine. I used it a few times a week in the shower. I put a scoop in my hair, cover it with a shower cap so it really soaks in, and finish showering. When I rinse it out my hair is so so soft and de-tangled. Let me mention the weight is perfect. Not super thick like a paste but much thicker than your ordinary conditioner. The scent is neutral.
