We put it together in less than 30 minutes and we had so much fun doing it! It took me WAY longer to figure out how to DECORATE the canopy than it did to put the bed together. It’s very good quality for the price. I’m even loving the little rubber mallet they give you to tap the pieces into place. I used the mallet to pound in some anchors into the walls and it worked like a charm. Anchors always break in our walls when we use a regular hammer but not with the rubber mallet! It’s an added bonus that I’ll probably use for other things. The box is super heavy so you need two people to carry it but I was happy about that because it meant that the bed would most likely be sturdy. I’m so pleased with the outcome. I was able to purchase our new bed and decorate our canopy with the fabrics and the lighting for about $200 total. My husband loves it too despite him being such a manly man. I think his exact words were “ooh our own private honeymoon suite!” Which was cute since we’ve been married for 26 years.
