I will gladly feel a little sting for how well it works. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! If you have muscle soreness or tension, this works better than anything else I have tried. I don't know how it works on arthritis, but most likely it works well for this too. I now use it every morning to help as a preventive for my pain.
