Penso che l'esercizio "climber" sia per un mezzofondista in quarantena un ottimo sostitutivo del fartlek breve; consiglio: 30'' di climber e 90'' di recupero per 5 - 10 volte (a seconda del grado di allenamento). Le sensazioni sono simili a quelle che si ottengono da una omologa sessione di fartlerk in salita. Una sfida che vale pena di provare quando si è "reclusi" tra le mura di casa (non solo per il COVID, ma anche per il maltempo). Consiglio di usarlo a piedi nudi. E' il più economico e contemporaneamente il miglior attrezzo che ho scoperto in questo annus horribilis.

Great workout. You need to be ready to sweat and work! Regarding some reviews by other buyers. No, these are not for babies, they work perfectly (for me). No, it is not misleading. They also have gliders which include drawings of different exercises but these are not those. Need to pay attention before ordering... I am just a customer. Happy one. Product worked for me. Recommended.
