Very interesting read and good at explaining the basic principles of yoga to anyone. If you are new to yoga and want to learn more about the philosophy and principles of it I'd suggest reading this for sure. Great to add to my book collection.

If you need to understand more about the eight limbs, this is a great book.  We reviewed the limbs during my teacher training, but this is a deep dive into each limb.  It gives you the insight you need and is very helpful.
