Review: Yep... - My first 'Japanese style" hammer and have used it regularly for chiseling, adjusting, mating boards together, etc. I bought the 300 gram for 'everyday' use and it's a great weight for me. The tow ends of the head have one rounded surface and one flat... I mostly use the flat surface, but the rounded one comes in handy as well. Build quality is, well, Kakuri and should last a long time with everyday use in my workshop.
