## Description

Just 10 minutes on the stove, leave for work or play and return home to a delicious meal. Thermal cooker saves energy costs and preparation time. Simply place the ingredients in the inner pot, cover lid and bring to a boil on your stove (approx. 10 minutes). when brought to a boil, remove from stove and place in outer thermal pot. Thermal technology creates a convection effect by using the steam produced inside to circulate and continue cooking for up to 30 minutes and warms for up to 8 hours. Food is cooked in its own moisture and steam, so nutrients are preserved. Compared to a pressure cooker, thermal cooker is 30% more energy efficient.

Review: Love my pot, wish the inner pot handle is a bit sturdier, seem very flimsy
Review: I very rarely leave product reviews. I was very skeptical about this Thermal Cooker. I live off grid and wanted a way to cook without using electricity. This product came in the mail yesterday. I tried it out today. I made a chicken vegetable and rice stew. I cooked this at 9am. I just plated it and ate it. It’s 8pm. It was piping hot!! Everything was thoroughly cooked! This product is the real deal!!!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have handdles? How can I put it back in with hot soup inside?**
A: yes, there are handles both inside pot and outside pot, very easy.

**Q: I have a induction stove, will it work, which means can the inner pot stick to a magnet? thanks!**
A: It works for me! I tried the magnet on the pans and it doesn't stick, BUT when I tried the pans on my induction cooktop they both heated up just fine. They are very thin metal though, so I'm not going to saute in them anymore. For boiling liquid they seem fine on induction.

**Q: How thick is the bottom of the inner SS pot (the one you can put over a stove fire)?**
A: It's actually very thin.

**Q: Are inner pots as thick as Revereware pots/pans from 70's/80's, or SS mixing bowls? if so then they ARE thick enough to use on high stovetop burner.**
A: I pulled out my pot and examined the inner SS bucket and found that the inner pot has a thin base. Personally, I would not put it on a "High" burner as it would probability warp. It is made to survive 300 degrees not the 550 of a high burner, In my opinion. Hope this helps...

I just got to know about thermal cooker recently while searching online on how to best have hot home cooked food while on the go as we were planning to go skiing but tired of the expensive cafeteria food up the mountain or cold sandwiches. Food thermoses are quite ok but I wanted something that can hold food for our family of 5 and retain the heat longer. Saw this and ordered with a bit of skepticism. Ha. I didn’t have time to try it out first as it was delivered a day before we left for the mountain. So as I didn’t really know if it would work or not, I fully cooked my lamb soup at home. Reheated the soup in the pot on the stove till bubbling about 5-7mins, dumped in the half cooked carrots & potatoes, placed the inner pot in the thermal outer. I also put just cooked rice on the top part. I did this at 7.30am. I placed the thermal pot inside an insulated 8qt instant pot bag/carrier and secure it with 2 thick kitchen towels around the pot. At 4.00pm, we were starving and cold, popped the trunk open and voila, we had hot rice and lamb soup! It was so satisfying. It was hot to the point that I had to blow the food a little to eat. The size is good and the capacity is great for more than 5 adults if you’re making stew/soup as a side dish! And at 8pm, when we wanted to have dinner, the soup & rice were still more than warm! Amazing! It’s easy to use and transport for road trips esp on a snowy day! And last night, I tried making congee. 1 cup of jasmine rice to 12 cups of water(as I prefer mine to be more liquidy) on the stove till just bubbling, placed the inner pot into the thermal outer, this morning at 7am, I had perfectly cooked congee for breakfast! I’m impressed, really! I’ve used this twice so far, let’s see how it will hold up. Like other reviews mentioned, it does look a lil flimsy. But it works! This will be used regularly for prepping pre-dawn meals in Ramadhan definitely! Can have hot stews/soups/oats ready early in the morning without having to reheat or prep anything. I added two more photos, where I made vegetable & beans(dry & no pre-soaking) soup and basmati rice. I put both on the stove to boil and put them inside the thermal container at around 8:30pm and the next morning at 8:00am, I have warm vegetables soup & nicely cooked basmati rice. This is really convenient for me who has a toddler and can’t afford to spend so much time in the kitchen!
