I would use such addons in lettuce wraps, dip them in various sauces or eat as is. The combinations are many.I only eat it as an actual "soup" when it's towards the end or if the broth is good on it's own (tomato and even mushroom was good for example). They were all so delicious as far as I've tried.I've yet to try the plain flavor (but am sure I'll enjoy it) and loved everything else BUT the mala spicy one. The mala spicy one is "tasty" per se, but it has a certain numbing "flavoring" from certain spices that I find with most other Chinese hot pot broths that I don't care for very much at all, as it lingers unpleasantly so. It's not a spicy hot kind of numbing, exactly, but like you bit into something bitter/spicy that makes you feel like your tongue just got a shot of painkiller from the dentist. If it didn't have that, it would've been good as well. Overall, otherwise, I love this brand of hot pot broths. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious *by S***S on February 8, 2022* These are so good! There's no place near me to go do hotpot, so these were great for Christmas hotpot at home! Very easy to use, i tried the spicy and mushroom in a split pot ready to use in 15 to 20 min and because the seasonings are stronge you can just refill with more water and keep eating of anyone is still hungry. Or at my house we save the broth and store it in the fridge over night and then heat it up again the next night to eat off any hotpot left overs.
