They were out for a while last year. Just bought 4 cans a month ago when they had them in stock. 2 out of the 4 were bad. I don't mean fishy smelling bad. I mean the smell was so bad I couldn't get them to the garbage and outside fast enough . And the smell lingered in my kitchen and hands, like the smell of a feed lot, fermented diarrhea and a strong chemical. I will never eat another anchovy again. Review: Unsafe!
