It gets all its power from the PCI-Express bus, which is rated 60W max. The card works fine in my SFF PC with a 220W power supply. **Q: Does this come with the adapter to install in to a slimline?** A: Yes it comes with a low profile bracket. Keep in mind though that one screw is very tricky to get to. It can be had by having the screwdriver at an angle and CAREFULLY bending the board downward a tad in order to get better access to the screw. Do keep in mind that this answer is on behalf of the MSI GeForce GT 1030 ti low profile with ddr5 ram. The one with the heatsink and no fan. Bare in mind also that this particular card will only fit in the pciex4 slot on a Dell Optiplex 9020 small form factor. **Q: Can this be used with Windows 10 32-bit version?** A: Yes it can be used on windows 10 32 bit and 64 bit. I was using it on 32 then a game I wanted to play only worked in 64 so I upgraded to 64 and works just as well as before if not better **Q: why won't my resolution go up to 4k with this card?** A: You need to download the latest driver. The stock Windows driver only goes up to 1920x1080.
