Quality is fine, but read carefully the description - there are 2 items on the picture and just 1 really arrived. Will return it back.

Strong material. Good gate action. The color makes it easy to see. It is great for clipping items onto my backpack when traveling.

This works great and is secure. The design keeps it closed . It is easy to close and open when you want it to open or close. It is sturdy and durable. The size is a good medium size that makes it perfect for so many uses.

I've bought quite a few nite-ize s-biners, both stainless and aluminum. They all do well, though the aluminum ones you really have to watch how much weight you put on them, and don't jerk them, or they'll bend. I use stainless steel ones like this one for cases where I need to handle more weight or it's going to need to bring something to a stop.I do miss being able to "color-code" things though, as the only stainless ones I've seen are either silver or black. (the aluminum ones come in around a dozen different colors) They're kinda expensive, but I still think they're a good value for the money when you need the added strength and durability.

Solid built, lightweight construction. Spring is very tight. Great price for this quality.
