You do have to attach the sticks yourself but they give you everything you need and are very easy to do. **Q: There are no instructions for the 60th birthday package not sure how to use the 3M foam tape and then there's other clear tape. Any ideas would reall** A: I believe that you use the foam tape like regular tape. Put the tape on the card, and put the stick part on it, and it should stay. **Q: can you hot glue the sticks on?** A: It comes with it's own glue dots I did to make it a little sturdier **Q: Does the sign come with it that says photo booth grab & use?** A: No that is not apart of the package.
