Its too early to tell if it fights fights fat but when I take this product it doesnt cause any jitters also it does curb your appetite very well. You take it 30 min before you eat and when I go to eat im not hungry anymore. Im using this with counting carbs and so far so good. Usually when I eat low carbs too reach my daily intake I feel hungry but now I feel stuffed with just eating small like an apple or yogurt.
