XKchrome Controller DOA
25 January 2017==============XKchrome Controller arrived DOA... cannot use product with a faulty controller. The entire system is dependent on the XKchrome Controller... without it working the LED's are useless! I am awaiting a response from the Product Retailer via email, which will hopefully resolve issue in a timely manner. Further Update(s) to come....26 January 2017==============Update: There is nothing BETTER than Customer Service that has already helped you before you even are able to talk with them! Today I contacted XKGLOW and talked with Andy. A seemingly very pleasant and understanding man. He explained that he has ALREADY made an order for a New XKchrome Controller and is currently in the process of shipping it Priority mail with Prepaid Return Shipping label for the faulty controller. How Awesome is that!!! Great Customer Service! He ensured me that they will Pre-Test the controller to make sure it works before shipping it out to me! I can't ask for any better service than this. You have to also understand that this all happened in less than 24 hours.... not 10 to 14 business days or 3-4 weeks like some companies!!!If All goes well this exchange... they will definitely make me a repeat customer... for sure!!!More to come soon... These are sick!
Very easy to install and the lights are bright. Kit did not come with end caps to prevent water from touching the pins but I emailed xkglow support and they offered to send me some for free. The double sided tape is very sticky which is great.

Great lights, very easy to install. No issues as everything worked with no problems. I have a note5 and works.Install was about 2 hours on a new FZ10. Running the wires takes the longest.

Software is a bit buggy, and one led would stay green even when trying to switch it on the app.
