I stay out of the sun as i easily burn and i don't want the harm and wrinkles the sun can give you so i tried this in ‘light’ it clear so i use a mit to apply it but its not totally necessary. Its not sticky or smelly and it leaves my skin feeling soft. It gives a natural tan glow after about 3 hours that gradually wears paler after about 4-5 days however you could reapply every 3 days i suppose for a continuous tan.
