This listing should be removed from Amazon before someone gets sick. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is very hard to find this product dried *by D***S on February 27, 2022* Most shiritaki noodles are shipped wet. Very few companies sell it dried. I like the dried version because I can do a few more things in the kitchen with it when it comes in dried form. This comes with tradeoffs of course. The tradeoffs are: -it stores for even longer than wet noodles do once they are opened -it can fry up in hot oil into crisps, which you practically cannot do with the wet noodles -the dried version has to be coated with tapioca in order to be stored -this affects the taste and the carb content if you don't boil it ahead of time and rinse off the tapioca -the amount of carbs we're talking about are not major unless you are getting these for a pure keto diet When I bought a few of these, the price was a little lower than it is now. Two dollars per serving (the current price) is right at the edge of what I would consider reasonable.
