I don't care if I die tomorrow, but I want to feel well until the last minute. So, I scrupulously take care of my health -- and Ubiquinol is part of my daily supplementation. I eat well (organic), I exercise regularly, but I leave in town, North of 46 parallel, and I can not avoid the pollution or the darkness of winter. Life Extension's Ubiquinol is a good product, decently priced. It arrived quick and in good condition.
