Nothing like the noodle brick from Maggi. 2. Unique flavour - I'm trying to figure out how to best copy the sauce recipe because it is delicious and the powder adds a very distinct taste to it. 3. Spice level - Manageable. I don't have a strong capacity of chilli but it has the same effect as eating pani puri; it burns the lips and mouth but not the stomach. 4. Instructions - follow the instructions to the teeth, it's vastly different from what we normally make from easily available brands. A change in the step here and there effects the end result (but not necessarily in a bad way) 5. Chicken flavour - it says it is halal. I also understand carbonara (pasta dish) normally contains cured pork but that sentence doesn't sit right with me. You can obviously mimic tastes of other meats without even using them at all. The powder has a heavy pork taste, I've had pork maybe twice in my life but I instantly knew it was very porky.
