It just fit over the lot though I did bungee it down over the back and front wheel as heavy wind would whip it off occassionally (only since I placed the tall sissy bar on it. It has a great strong elastic all around the base and an underclip (which I failed to use sometimes), is easily identifiable from the front and rear with the wing mirror yellow vents and large red BADASS logo on front. Its been such good value. I wouldn't hestitiate to buy another but am looking to buy a purpose built Vangaurd metal container now. I bought the 250x140? for full sozed cruisers. It has eyelets around the base to clip in a bungee hook or similar. Review: Very good quality.
