A: The key word is complete. Collagen is not a complete protein. Hence why when you read the nutrition facts and see 18g milk and 10g collagen, by combing the two it completes the collagen because it is borrowing the amino acid tryptophan from the milk. The Amazon description is relatively misleading because it does say combine 25 grams of protein and 10 grams of collagen, hence why people are coming up with this 35g theory. This product offers 25 grams of complete protein when adding 18 grams of a complete protein to 10 grams of an incomplete protein.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some Graininess and Light in Flavor

A few things made me not give it the full five stars. First, it doesn’t fully dissolve and there is still some graininess after vigorously shaking. I tried it with cold and room temperature water and it didn’t help much. I got used to it but it might bother some. Second, the coffee flavor is quite light and I found myself using a lot less water than other powders I’ve used to get a stronger flavor. If I order again I would go with chocolate as I feel like that flavor is always stronger than others. The third is the container is soft plastic and I find it’s a bit awkward to close sometimes. With that said, I do think this is a good product for anyone who is lactose intolerant and I like it better than plant based ones I’ve tried.
