## Description

The Fanmate simply fits over the built-in, waterproof mounting tabs on the Maxxfann and Maxxfann Plus. Just slide the included clip through the tab to secure the Fanmate cover. (Hardware with clips included for mounting on other fan models.)

This vent cover provides protection against hail and destructive UV rays from the sun. I was able to install it in about two minutes using the pins provided as they fit nicely into the slots on the fan vent housing. Welp, Fantastic Fan has been sold out of their brand fan cover for some time now. After some research, decided to go with this Max Air as it was noted as compatible with our 3 speed Fantastic Fan in our 2021 T@B 320s Boondock camper. I definitely don’t regret this purchase. This worked great, looks and functions perfectly with our Fan. The directions were pretty straightforward and I watched a YouTube video for some extra insight. The install took about an hour. You do have to drill holes, but not in the camper. You drill the holes in the existing Fantastic Fan on the sides. 8 very small holes to put the tabs on the existing fan. Once that’s done, clip it on and you’re done! Easy and looks awesome! This will be so nice to be able to leave the fan open in the rain and not have to worry about my fan getting damaged from wind. Also, less light comes in when the sun comes up in the morning. Recommend.
