I was very pleased with the product. We have two of them now and have XBOX 360s mounted on them with 22" monitors. Great gaming system and is easy to relocate around the house. Also, if you mount it right you can hide most of the wires between the xbox and the unit. I use one extension cord that comes out of the unit to the wall and powers both the XBOX and the monitor. Also attached the power brick to the unit on top of the XBox. I also mounted a couple of small zipping bags that I can roll the extension cord up in, as well as attach other items to the unit, like the controller and cables. Looks slick and reduces a lot of clutter.

THIS MOUNT CAN ONLY BE USED WITH A MONITOR THAT IS A LIGHT WEIGHT IN ITS CLASS. THE ARM DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A TOUCH SCREEN TO WORK PROPERLY. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SUPPORT. TO USE IT AS A MONITOR STAND ONLY IS BEST.

I was unpleasantly surprised when I discovered two of the three stands in my order had minor issues.Two were missing the hex headed wrench that is used to adjust tighten the clamps holding the PC to the back of the stand. (This is a metric screw holding the clamp together, by the way)One had a miss-assembled clamp. I found it impossible to remove the ratched-edged clamp from the slot it gets pushed into. (There are two little spring metal wings on the top clamp that are supposed to be pushed out to free the clamp so you can slide it back out. But one of the wings was in front of instead of behind of the lever that moves it.)Obviously these aren't the fault of the vendor I actually got these from, but of Ergotron's QA process.Positives: It works well and does just what it's supposed to.Be sure to review the measurements on the stand. At the maximum height you can adjust this to, in my opinion the monitor is not quite high enough off the desk for a taller person. And the size of the PC it will hold in the clamp is limited. It will hold a Dell 755 SFF (Small Form Factor), but not the next size up.

The setup was bit like a jigsaw puzzle (instructions very cryptic), once all the pieces are together and computer is in place the unit looks great and works well.
