This is big and heavy and the color is burgundy, not dark red.  It is not what I wanted.  It is well made and very thick, so if that's what you are looking for, then you will like it.

Incredible piece. I've bought other fleece blankets, and those are thin artificial feeling compared to this one. The Luxor blanket is thick, heavy, and feels like its made of natural material. I definitely recommend it!
