**Q: Is this made in China?**
A: Hello!  Products originated in Australia and were conceptualised in Australia.  The LickiMat company has designers in Australia and Italy.  LickiMats are made from natural rubber.  LickiMats contain no Silicone or TPE unlike most if not all copycats. LickiMat Products are manufactured exclusively for LickiMat in China under the company's strict quality control.  We know all the people who work in the factory.  Country of manufacture is always on the packaging.

**Q: Has anyone successfully cleaned this in the dishwasher without distorting it?**
A: Hello.  Interesting Question.  The short answer is yes.  Lots of people have, contrary to the care instructions, used a dishwasher successfully.  It depends on where you put it in the dishwasher and what drying cycle you use.  It would need to have a low/no heat drying cycle and you lay it flat on the top tray.  There is of course a much smarter solution - the TUFF LickiMat Buddy (or Soother or Playdate) are 100% dishwasher safe in any tray and on any cycle.  They are available on Amazon.  They have the same soft 100% natural rubber that the Classics have - much software than other materials that claim some element of dishwasher-ability.  We hope this helps answer your question.

**Q: Does this stick on refrigerator?**
A: Hello.  You should look at the LickiMat Splash that has a suction cup.  The Classic LickiMats are designed to go on the floor.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Will these slide across my floor?**
A: Mine don't.  I have vinyl plank floors. There is no stickiness to them but they don't slide.  I throw mine down with a treat (baby food) and leave for the day..it is in the same spot, but clean, when I come home! :)
