Sugar alcohols are HUNDREDS times sweeter than real sugar. If you spend years eating that stuff, it will mess up your taste buds and metabolism. If you stop, you can reset your body back to normal but it's not immediate. So yeah, if you switch from a fake-sugar-laden diet immediately to this, you might think these bars don’t taste sweet enough because your taste buds are used to fake sugars with extreme elevated sweetness (Someone mentioned No Cow bars as being better and those bars are LOADED with sugar alcohols, incl. erythritol, stevia, and monk fruit). Some of the low reviews here claim these bars are flavorless or taste like sawdust. However, as someone who eats a diet with no fake sugars, I’m here to tell you that if you are NOT addicted to sugar alcohols, you’ll def. find these bars very sweet. These are the best tasting vegan protein bars I’ve ever had! They have 15g of protein, are low in sugar & calories, and have never bothered my stomach like many other bars do. I really like the snickerdoodle flavor, but the other flavors are really good as well. Definitely recommend!
