I was taking 6 drugstore tablets daily and wanted an easier way to get the amount of collagen I need. This was sealed well and container in perfect condition. It's as fine as flour. The scoop was in the middle and a little hard to find. The scoop is good size, almost 2.5 tablespoons, 10 grams. I tasted the powder straight up and detected no taste. There is a very slight smell that is sort of earthy but such a faint odor and not off putting. I added 8g to my cereal. It dissolved well. I couldn't detect it. I couldn't taste it and it didn't thicken the milk. Also same with orange juice. I put in iced water and got a little clumping, slight discoloration and minor thickening. Detected a slight taste and odor. Next I'll try coffee, black. But won't do ice water again. Also I had no stomach issues, which I didn't have with the tablets either. I just received this a few days ago but I'm happy with it.
