Can I get a missing piece?

I buy a lot of Ravensburger puzzles because they have the best quality puzzles. I once had a puzzle with a missing piece. I contacted them and asked for a new piece, but they said the puzzle I had can be cut with two different patterns, so they sent me a new puzzle, free of charge. They have great customer service.

Does this puzzle have larger pieces (large format)?

No The 500 piece puzzle I received with this design had smaller pieces.

Does this puzzle include a puzzle picture?

The picture on on the box. It doesn't have another picture. But the box was adequate for me to use. I enjoyed this puzzle a lot.

Not too challenging for adults. Very relaxing and beautiful to look at. It took me two hours to sort and complete. No missing pieces. Usual Ravensburger quality - the pieces are unique and fit perfectly. I wanted a soothing jigsaw that isn't hard to help me calm down. This one is such a treat! It looks like those 'eagle eye' or detective video games like June's Journey but with zero screen time. I had a delicious time. With a 'music for plants' playlist on Spotify this was idyllic.

Pretty, but not the image type I like

It was a pretty image and I did it with my partner in a few hours. Though the image seemed quite blurry to me, so personal preference not my favourite type of puzzle
