Fountain did not work and was a terrible disappointment to all. I tried to return the product and what a night mare! Sweet Fountain would not believe it did not pump the chocolate and told me I had to take the fountain apart and report to them what part of the fountain did not work. As a 70 year old I had no idea how to preform the task and report back to them. Finally a neighbor helped me and took apart the fountain and reported Sweet Fountain what he thought the problem was. This process was a nightmare and took a couple of weeks going back and forth. I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my credit card.
