I ordered this one for my boat to be used as a throwable device and because these tubes are great to float on. You definitely get what you pay for with this one. This is pretty much just a bar of foam dipped in red paint with a rope attached. You can tell because there are paint drip lines, and some of it is bubbling in places. I don't have high hopes for this lasting a long time, but only time will tell.
